The main focus of this fase is to elaborate studies

• Benchmarking about the tools and manufacture systems
• Products and production processes
• Mechanical viability

In this fase, two types of solution specifications, general and of the systems components, are elaborated

• Layout
• Geotools
• Proflex Methods
• Software generic classes
• Behaviour model and logical stages of the system
• Security norms

In this stage, the elaboration and design of all the system modules will happen, according to the initially stated specifications.

The mechanic and electric systems will be made in the first place and then the Geotools, followed by the software with the intended method, and finally the control system.

After the development of the different modules, their integration will be needed, so that a complete system with all modules interacting together is obtained.

Tests are made in different stages, with the purpose of verifying the functioning and vigour of the system, both in hardware and software level.

It is intended to prepare documents for programmers to perform future work. It will contain the explanation of the structure, function and justification of the choices made.

The operator manuals allow the description of the system and its features to those who will use.

The industrial dissemination will be carried out through workshops to present the Proflex, brochures and promotional film about the new methodology here, as well as the trip to an international fair. The dissemination of the scientific results was presented in conferences of high quality, including IEEE SMC and CIRP.
